As owner of Loral Concrete Slab Solutions, Albert Frankeny brings more than four decades of experience in the concrete industry, including involvement in the installation and evaluation of over 200 million square feet of commercial concrete flooring. His work has focused on diagnosing and correcting complex concrete floor problems in warehouses, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings.

Albert’s background includes specialized slab repair, corrective grinding, polished concrete systems, epoxy floor coatings, and concrete floor forensic evaluations. Over the course of his career, he has worked with contractors, engineers, and facility owners to identify the root causes of floor distress and develop practical, engineered repair solutions.

This depth of experience shapes the approach at Loral Concrete Slab Solutions: technical, methodical, and grounded in real field experience.
